Job summary

Virtualstock, a Logicbroker company, is seeking a proactive enterprise sales-oriented professional to onboard suppliers to our SaaS platform and support ongoing production issues. You will guide onboarding, provide platform training, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to improve customer experience.

You will manage weekly client calls, resolve incidents, and document new feature instructions, working closely with suppliers and customers across the UK.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Support, Project Management or Customer Success within a SaaS business.
• Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience documenting and refining processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Shows initiative and curiosity; eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling both fast- and slower-paced customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete supplier onboarding process from initial engagement to setup completion.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, handling day-to-day inquiries and escalations; attend weekly client calls.
• Identify, triage and elevate complex issues; create docs and how-to guides for new features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering; work with Service Desk to support BAU requests.
