Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Supervisor - Zero Hours Retail on a permanent casual basis. You will supervise frontline teams, manage deliveries, stock and till duties, and help maintain a welcoming environment in around 6,000 venues.

This role involves creating weekly rotas, assisting with bookwork, ordering stock, and ensuring Food Handling & Hygiene and Health & Safety standards are met. We offer progression and competitive pay with development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment.
• Being a responsible key holder and handling till, orders and payments.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Producing weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring the team acts proactively.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor - Zero Hours Retail to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group UK&I on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Using the till, taking order and receiving payments
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels

• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
