Job summary

Butlin's is recruiting for a brand-new Supervisor Plus role in Skegness. You will be the go-to person for your team, coaching on the floor, solving problems on the spot, and driving high standards to deliver the unique Butlin's guest experience.

You will report to the Manager in Accommodation & Guest Services, work across busy changeover days, and help shape guest service across departments with hands-on leadership and real influence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and developing teams.
• Auditing and quality standards experience.
• Strong guest-facing service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to keep the team focused and in the right place.
• Coach the team to hit targets and improve guest experience scores.
• Own audits in accommodation and supporting departments.
• Ensure guests find what they need when they need it.
• Monitor guest feedback and translate it into actions.
• Support onboarding and development journeys for team members.
