Job summary

JDSports in Greater London is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor and uphold our high service standards. You will support colleagues across shifts, maintain presentation and store performance, and assist with daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

The role emphasizes customer service, visual merchandising, product placement, opening/closing procedures, till operations, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, product knowledge, and brand values and behaviours.
