Job summary

JD Sports in Bristol is seeking a proactive Supervisor to help run the shop floor and support the team across shifts. You will uphold high service standards, ensure brand presentation, and assist Store Management with daily tasks to keep operations smooth.

The role requires strong customer service focus, clear communication, and a keen eye for product presentation to drive store performance during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect.
