Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Supervisor to support the shop floor operations and deliver high service standards. You will help colleagues across shifts, maintain presentation, brand standards and assist with daily tasks as directed by Store Management.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and effective till operations, with a focus on maintaining store performance and visual standards in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.

Role OverviewAs a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance.
