Job summary

Pavers Ltd in Bromsgrove is hiring a part-time Supervisor for our Morrisons store. You will deliver great customer service, help with stock, deliveries, and opening/closing the store, while leading by example and supporting the team.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.43 (increasing to £13.93 with PaSS training), a generous staff discount, and access to Pavers Academy and pension schemes.

Qualifications

Starting small, she sold shoes at village halls and homeware parties before opening the first Pavers shop in Scarborough in 1981, when Catherine's three sons joined the business. One of her sons, Stuart, ran the business as Managing Director for over 40 years, joined by his son Jason in 2016. As of September 2023, Jason Paver is now the Managing Director of Pavers Ltd, with Stuart Paver moving to Chairman, taking the company into the 3rd generation of family run leadership. We have an exciting opportunity to join our NEW Pavers team in Bromsgrove which is opening in Morrisons this October. You will be working 16 hours over 3 days per week flexing up to 24 hours per week when required. Whilst we will be within Morrisons, we will be trading 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays, so no late nights are needed. This role will involve working weekends and weekdays on a rota basis.
