Job summary

Pavers Ltd is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Hatfield team at the Galleria Designer Outlet. You’ll work 8 hours over 2 days per week, with scope to flex up to 12 hours and a rota covering weekends and weekdays.

You’ll help customers choose footwear, showcase products, and support store operations, stock movements and deliveries. The role offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.50 for 18+), with potential PaSS training to raise the rate to £14.00, plus a generous discount scheme and pension

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to upsell and match products to customer needs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and a rota-based pattern.

Responsibilities

• Help customers look and feel great with suitable footwear.
• Showcase our feel great footwear and provide tailored recommendations.
• Support store operations and keep deliveries organised.
• Assist with stock movements and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, friendly setting.
