Key Responsibilities

1. Provide training to increase MHE operatives across the workforce in 2 sites in Mercia Park.
2. Assist with incidents, investigations, corrective action, and best working practices.
3. Coordinate MHE training for both sites, as well as conducting training.
4. Induct new starters to DSV’s standard.
5. Coordinate with other MHE trainers and the wider Management team on operational requirements.
6. Support the operation on up-skilling and training needs.
7. Conduct spot checks on the floor & CCTV reviews of best and worst practice.
8. Support investigations of H&S incidents.

Skills and Competencies Required

1. Level 3 – Basic English.
2. Successful Management Skills.
3. Operational role accountable for H&S.
4. Competent & confident communicator through clear & concise language both written & verbal.
5. Positive and approachable attitude.
6. Ability to analyze operational performance.
7. Experience delivering training to operators.
8. Positive attitude towards change.
