Job summary

Marston’s PLC in our pubs is looking for a Supervisor to join our team. You’ll lead and support the team to deliver the everyday moments and those stand-out occasions in a busy, fast-paced but fun environment.

Open and close shifts, manage stock and cash, and model exceptional customer service. You’ll work with the pub management team to run the business smoothly, with a clear pathway to Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
