Job summary

Marston’s PLC in Hinckley and Bosworth is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a busy pub team, motivate colleagues and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll oversee opening and closing, cashing up, and day-to-day operations to keep the pub running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences
• Comfort with opening/closing, stock checks and cashing up

Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to run the business efficiently and profitably
• Open and close the pub, manage cash and stock, and supervise shifts

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
