Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our team at a busy pub. You will lead the team to create moments of joy for guests, delivering everyday moments and standout occasions in a fast-paced, fun environment.

You’ll open and close, manage stock and cash, and act as a role model for customer service. You will oversee shifts when the broader management team is away and work with the pub team to ensure smooth, profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate others and deliver great guest experiences.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
