Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to lead our pub team and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll open and close shifts, manage stock and cash, and train colleagues to provide friendly, efficient service.

You’ll work with the pub management team to run the business smoothly, drive profitability, and support career progression through an internal pathway that could lead to Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.
