Las Iguanas in the UK is seeking a Supervisor to lead busy shifts, coach the team and deliver warm, energetic guest experiences across our Latin American-inspired restaurants.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, build strong relationships with front and back of house, and keep standards high in a fast-paced environment while staying personable and calm.

• Open and securely close the restaurant in line with company standards.
• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team to lead successful shifts.
• Be a key point of contact for both Front and Back of House teams, building strong relationships.
