Job summary

Las Iguanas Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager to work closely with the General Manager, leading a high-energy restaurant team from open to close and ensuring superb guest experiences. You’ll run shifts, support and develop the team, and uphold standards across service, food and atmosphere.

As a Deputy Manager, you will:

• Deliver an amazing guest experience – Ensure every visit to Las Iguanas is memorable.
• Take ownership & accountability – Make key decisions when leading shifts or in the absence of the General Manager.
