The Big Table Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Las Iguanas in Bolton. You will support senior management, lead shifts, and motivate the team to ensure every guest leaves happy.

You’ll be hands-on on the floor, stepping in wherever needed to maintain high standards during busy services. We’re looking for a positive, people‑focused hospitality leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys developing others, and wants to progress within the group.
