Las Iguanas Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General and Deputy Managers in running a buzzing restaurant, leading shifts, motivating the team and ensuring guests leave happy.

You’ll be hands-on, visible on the floor, coach the team, maintain standards during busy services, and develop others. This role offers opportunities for career growth within a brand full of personality and energy.
