Job summary

Moto at Cobham Services is hiring a Team Member to help deliver Greggs favourites and great customer service across a busy rest stop. Shifts vary between 4am and 9pm, including weekdays and weekends.

You’ll greet customers, process orders, bake items, restock, keep the shop clean, and work with colleagues to create a welcoming, memorable visit for every customer. We offer weekly pay, discretionary bonus, staff discount, enhanced benefits and funded qualifications to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and take orders promptly.
• Process orders and requests efficiently in a busy setting.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages as required throughout the day.
• Maintain brand standards and a clean, welcoming workspace.
• Replenish displays and work with colleagues to ensure stock availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries with a positive attitude.
• Prepare store and kitchen areas for the next trading day.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Helping prepare the store and kitchen, ready for the following days trade
