Sureserve Group is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of gas engineers across domestic heating contracts in Leeds. You will ensure safe, compliant, high-quality gas works, while developing engineers in the field and driving performance and customer satisfaction.
You will manage contract mobilisations, client relationships and regular performance reporting, balancing technical oversight with people leadership to achieve KPIs and contractual obligations.

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Leeds (LS10 1HB)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40
Working pattern: Monday to Friday (0800-1700)
Holiday entitlement: 20 + Bank Holidays (increases with service)
Lead a team of field-based Gas Engineers across a range of domestic heating and gas maintenance contracts. Deliver safe, high-quality services while supporting and developing engineers in the field. You'll be responsible for ensuring all gas works are completed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards, while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across your contracts.
As a Supervisor, you'll have full operational responsibility for your contracts, managing engineer performance, attendance, quality standards, and productivity to ensure key performance indicators and contractual obligations are consistently achieved. You'll support contract mobilisation projects, build strong client relationships, attend contract meetings, and help resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
You’ll also monitor performance data, produce reports, manage stock and van inventory processes, oversee equipment and tool compliance, and help translate business objectives into operational success.
