Sureserve Group in Liverpool is seeking an experienced leader to drive domestic gas installation programmes, including boiler replacements and heating upgrades. You’ll ensure timely, on-budget delivery with full regulatory compliance and quality standards.
You will manage contractors, oversee operations, and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high customer service and continuous improvement across projects.

Salary: £48,175 per annum
Location: Liverpool (L7 9NJ)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40
Working pattern: Monday to Friday (0800-1700)
Holiday entitlement: 20 + Bank Holidays (increases with service)
Lead the delivery of domestic gas installation programmes, including boiler replacements, heating system upgrades, and planned investment works. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
A significant part of the role will involve managing contractor relationships, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and value for money. You'll use performance data and operational insight to continuously enhance service delivery while ensuring compliance remains at the forefront of everything you do.
The postholder will have proven experience managing gas installation programmes within social housing, local authority, or another regulated environment, coupled with a strong track record of leading teams and delivering results. You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to motivate others, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
