Job summary

JD Group in Stevenage is seeking a Supervisor to support the smooth running of the shop floor, lead by example, and help deliver high service standards our customers expect. You’ll guide colleagues during shifts, drive presentation and store performance, and assist with daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for retail.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to demonstrate company values.

Responsibilities

• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.

• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect.
