SFI Logistics is seeking an experienced Furniture Installation Supervisor to lead on-site fitting teams across London and the South East. You will ensure installations are delivered on time, to a high standard and safely, while coordinating with clients and project managers.

Responsibilities include planning daily activities, managing teams, and ensuring RAMS compliance. A strong background in office furniture installations and solid communication skills are essential.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Furniture Installation Supervisor to lead our fitting teams on site. You’ll be the person our clients see and trust day to day, making sure every installation is delivered on time, to a high standard and safely.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and coordinating teams of fitters on commercial installation projects
• Planning the day on site, allocating work and keeping the job on programme
• Acting as the main on-site contact for clients, site managers and project managers
• Installing desking, seating, storage, screens, acoustic pods and booths
• Checking quality and signing off completed work
• Running safe sites and making sure the team works to RAMS and site rules
• Dealing with snags, damages and problems as they arise, and reporting back clearly to the office
• Supporting and developing newer fitters

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience installing commercial office furniture
• Experience supervising or leading an installation team
• Strong knowledge of major furniture systems and manufacturers
• Confident, professional communication with clients
• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
• CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexible about occasional early starts, evenings and weekend work
