Job summary

Curtis Furniture Ltd is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee nationwide hotel furniture installation projects. This permanent role is based in London & the South East, with the opportunity to work across the UK, offering a competitive salary and a vehicle allowance.

You will lead installation teams, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Installation Manager, Site Manager, or similar role.
• Background in furniture, fit-out, interiors, or construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
• CSCS, SMSTS, and full UK driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel furniture installation projects nationwide.
• Lead installation teams and subcontractors on site.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and project schedules.
• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Help Deliver Outstanding Hotel Projects Across the UK

For almost 30 years, Curtis Furniture has been manufacturing and installing high-quality hotel bedroom furniture for many of the UK's leading hotel brands.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role overseeing installation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
