Job summary

Curtis Furniture Ltd. is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee hotel furniture installation projects across the UK, from planning through to completion.

You will manage teams and subcontractors on site, coordinate labour, materials, and schedules, and ensure work is delivered safely and on time. The role requires strong leadership, a background in furniture or construction, and willingness to travel and stay away as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Installation Manager or site management role.
• Background in furniture, fit-out, interiors, or construction projects.
• CSCS and SMSTS preferred; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel furniture installation projects nationwide from planning to completion.
• Lead installation teams and subcontractors on site.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and project schedules.
• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation assessments.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Help Deliver Outstanding Hotel Projects Across the UK

For almost 30 years, Curtis Furniture has been manufacturing and installing high-quality hotel bedroom furniture for many of the UK's leading hotel brands.Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join our team.

This is a hands‑on role overseeing installation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel furniture installation projects nationwide
• Lead installation teams and subcontractors on site

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an Installation Manager, Site Manager, or similar role
• Background in furniture, fit‑out, interiors, or construction projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements
• CSCS, SMSTS, and full UK driving licence preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required
