Job summary

Equals One Ltd is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee hotel furniture installation projects from planning to completion across the UK. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and flexibility to travel and stay away when required. Competitive salary and benefits are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in Installation Manager, Site Manager, or similar role.
• Background in furniture, fit-out, interiors, or construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements.
• CSCS, SMSTS, and full UK driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required.

Help Deliver Outstanding Hotel Projects Across the UK

For almost 30 years, we have been manufacturing and installing high-quality hotel bedroom furniture for many of the UK's leading hotel brands. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Installation Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role overseeing installation projects from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
