Job summary

TFG London is seeking a Supervisors to champion day-to-day running of the store and deliver a premium shopping experience. You will greet customers, lead by example on the shop floor, and support the management team in driving strong results and smooth operations.

You will handle transactions accurately, assist with stock control, and help Style Advisors grow their knowledge and skills. A focus on excellent communication and building customer relationships is essential.

Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations. What you'll do:

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
• Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
