Job summary

Young's in Bracknell is seeking a Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service, lead shifts and help develop the team across our pub. You will ensure smooth daily operations and strong guest experiences.

You will train staff to ensure knowledge to delight customers, build rapport with customers and colleagues, and take responsibility as a key holder to lead shifts safely and effectively, with ongoing development within our family-owned pub group.
