Job summary

Crew Clothing Harpenden is seeking a friendly Part Time Supervisor to join our store for 30 hours per week. You will help drive store sales, support the team, and maintain the brand standards in a welcoming environment.

You will motivate staff, deliver excellent customer service, manage merchandising, and assist with daily operations to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
