Job summary

Crew Clothing Junction 32 in Castleford is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store team. Working 16 hours per week, you will help drive sales, mentor staff, and maintain high visual standards to create a welcoming shopping experience.

You will assist the manager with targets, customer service, and multi-channel offerings, ensuring smooth transactions and flexible coverage across shifts. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a passion for British fashion.

Purpose of the role

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
