Job summary

Crew Clothing is seeking a part-time Supervisor for a 30-hour week to help drive store sales and maintain high visual merchandising standards. You will support the store manager in leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires a focus on achieving KPIs, developing the team, and delivering a smooth customer experience across channels while maintaining brand standards and seasonal presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer service in a retail setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand.
• Provide accurate product information including features, benefits and stock.
• Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with guidelines.

Purpose of the role:

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

• Achievesales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
