Crew Clothing Harpenden is seeking a Part-time Supervisor to support store leadership and drive sales. The role is 30 hours per week and focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coaching the team, and maintaining brand standards.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, manage transactions with care, and foster a welcoming in-store experience that reflects our coastal British style. Previous retail experience and good communication are essential, as is a flexible approach to shop

Qualificações

• Customer service oriented with a client-first approach.
• Excellent communication, both listening and speaking.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Good IT skills would be advantageous.
• Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand.
• Provide accurate information about our product to the customer including features and benefits and stock availability.
• Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

• Demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store.

Purpose of the role:

To assist themanager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and allother areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and developthe team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visualmerchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experiencethat delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:
