Job summary

Crew Clothing Gretna is seeking a Supervisor – Part Time to assist the store manager in driving sales, KPIs and team development. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and delivering a premium shopping experience.

The position requires strong communication, retail experience, and a customer-first attitude, with 16 hours per week. The role fits within Crew Clothing's collaborative and engaging store culture.

Purpose of the role

To assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities
