Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations in Defence. The role is full time, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, with a commitment of around 50.2 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Check deliveries promptly and store them correctly.
• Supervise a team and create a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Be a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and rota planning.
• Place stock orders to maintain correct stock levels.
• Produce weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Delegate tasks and keep the team proactive.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
