Job summary

Compass Group UK&I, through ESS – Defence, Government and Energy Services, is recruiting a Facilities Supervisor for Defence operations in the UK. The role is part-time (25 hours per week) contracted to 49.2 weeks per year, with opportunities to progress within a company that values individuality and recognises exceptional service.

You will supervise frontline teams, manage deliveries, rota planning, stock control, and uphold health, safety and hygiene standards while delivering excellent

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.
