Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence is seeking a dedicated part-time Supervisor (33 hours per week) to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service across Defence sites. You will lead a frontline team, manage rotas, orders and compliance with Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.

The role requires previous supervision experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude under pressure. We offer a supportive environment that values teamwork and opportunities to progress within Compass Group

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 33 hours per week.
