Vaultex UK Limited is recruiting for a Cash Processing Operative at our Kings Cross, London site. The role involves accurate handling of incoming and outgoing cash consignments, meeting tight deadlines and following strict cash processing procedures.

You will work a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 06:45 to 14:15, and be integral to ensuring secure, accurate cash flows for our customers. A solid attention to detail and good numeracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and accuracy to process cash correctly.
• Attention to detail in handling cash and paperwork.
• Health and safety awareness is essential.
• Good time keeping and attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve target performance on shift with accuracy and minimal errors.
• Comply with cash processing procedures and policies.
• Identify and report cash discrepancies to Team Leader/Supervisor.
• Process received and dispatched cash items per daily requirements.
• Balance cash counts at end of day.
• Ensure paperwork and vouchers are complete and correct.
• Wrap, strap, pack and weigh cash by denomination and type.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow security procedures.
• Support daily duties as assigned by Leadership team.
