Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Store Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role at Tesco Extra, Green Park. You will lead with confidence, coach colleagues, and help customers find the right wellness products.

The role offers benefits and a focus on creating an inclusive store environment. You’ll drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and support store operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring
