Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Huddersfield is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences, while driving sales and store performance. You will coach colleagues, develop product knowledge and complete the Qualified to Advise training to offer trusted wellness guidance.

This role is based in Kingsgate Centre, Huddersfield, part-time 25 hours per week at £14.00 per hour, with benefits and a focus on inclusive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with ability to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues and customers.
• Passion for health and wellness and willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and decision-making in a busy retail environment.
• Comfort using digital tools to support customers and store operations.

What you'll be doing
