Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Saffron Walden is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the Store Manager in achieving goals. You will coach colleagues, complete health guidance training, drive sales, and ensure visual merchandising and operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes creating an inclusive environment with strong communication and a passion for health and wellness. 25 hours per week, permanent position in Market Place.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
