Job summary

JACK & JONES in Swindon is seeking a Supervisor to join our store management team and drive the best in-store experience for customers and colleagues.

You will work with the Store Management team, analyse daily sales, and lead by example while developing the team through training, product knowledge, and service excellence. Join a global fashion company with growth opportunities and a competitive salary plus monthly bonus.

THE ROLE

• Working in partnership with the Store Management team
• As a role model to the team, you drive a great atmosphere in store.
• You analyse the sales figures on a daily basis, and you make the right commercial choices.
• Personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI's, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
