Job summary

JACK & JONES in Aberdeen is seeking a Store Supervisor to join the management team and drive an outstanding in-store experience for customers and colleagues. You will work closely with the Store Management team to deliver results and lead by example on the shop floor.

You will analyse daily sales, make commercial decisions, and focus on team development, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising and smooth store operations. This role is based in Scotland, UK.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor within retail.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Passion for the product and taking ownership.

Responsibilities
