JACK & JONES in Glasgow Fort is seeking a Supervisor to join our store management team. You will drive the in-store experience for customers and colleagues, model a positive atmosphere, and deliver strong commercial results.

You will analyse daily sales, coach your team, and develop product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and store operations as part of our dynamic fashion brand.

THE ROLE

• Working in partnership with the Store Management team
• As a role model to the team, you drive a great atmosphere in store.
• You analyse the sales figures on a daily basis, and you make the right commercial choices.
• Personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
