JACK & JONES is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Manchester Traffordstore. You will support the Store Management team, drive a great in-store experience for customers, and lead your team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within retail.
• Good communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Management to run the store.
• Be a role model and foster a positive atmosphere in-store.
• Analyse daily sales figures and make commercial decisions.
• Support KPI delivery, product knowledge, service, VM and operations.

• Personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations
