Job summary

JACK & JONES in Manchester Trafford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive an excellent in-store experience. You will partner with the Store Management team, lead staff, and make daily commercial decisions that boost sales and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on team development, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

• Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within retail.
• Good communication and social skills.

Responsibilities

• Working in partnership with the Store Management team.
