Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I in Sutton is seeking passionate Shift Supervisors to run shifts, lead from the front, and coach a fast-paced team. You will own your shift and deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.

You’ll supervise in a busy kitchen that values energy, inclusivity, and great service. The role offers an hourly pay with a premium when acting as Duty Manager, plus development opportunities and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.

We’re on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors who are ready to run our shifts and lead from the front. You’ll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You'll support the management team and own your shift to deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable)
• A lead-from-the-front mindset — you’re hands‑on and support your team at all times

• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
