Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is hiring Shift Supervisors in the United Kingdom to run shifts, lead from the front and direct a fast-paced team delivering Popeyes’ quality, speed, and guest experience.

You’ll coach, train and develop your crew, own shift performance from labour to service, and ensure food safety and standards while maintaining a fun, energetic environment.

Competitive hourly rates from £12.75 to £13.25 with a duty manager premium, plus a £1,000 refer-a-friend bonus and flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• Lead-from-the-front mindset — you’re hands-on & support your team at all times.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety.
• Stay calm, organized, and focused in a busy environment.
• Hunger to grow and develop — this is your pathway into management.

We’re on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors who are ready to run our shifts and lead from the front. You’ll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You'll support the management team and own your shift to deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.
