Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts, lead a fast-paced team, and maintain high guest experience and food quality standards. You’ll support management, coach staff, and own your shift to drive results in a dynamic environment.

The role offers an hourly rate with a potential premium when acting as Duty Manager, plus a referral bonus and flexible schedules that fit around you.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• A lead-from-the-front mindset — you’re hands-on and support your team at all times.
• Passion for people and developing great teams.

We’re on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors who are ready to run our shifts and lead from the front.
