Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to run and lead shifts, coaching the team and ensuring top guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will direct operations, support management in achieving targets, and model high standards, creating an engaging, energetic workplace for both staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset with ability to support your team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety.

We’re on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors who are ready to run our shifts and lead from the front. You’ll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You'll support the management team and own your shift to deliver results across people, product, and guest experience.
