Wadworth's Spread Eagle Inn in Wiltshire is seeking a confident Supervisor to lead the team and support the day-to-day operation of the pub. We're looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to help lead our team and support the day-to-day operation of the pub. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences.
• Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the pub.
• Supervising shifts and helping ensure smooth service across all areas of the business.
• Coaching, supporting and motivating team members to achieve high standards.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Supporting with stock control, cash handling and compliance procedures.
