Wadworth’s Colesbourne Inn is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Team Members to join our pub team in a charming countryside setting. You will help serve drinks and food, welcome guests and support a great customer experience with your positive attitude and reliability.

Role emphasizes teamwork, flexible hours and a pride in service, with training provided. Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not essential, and accommodation and benefits are offered where available.

The Colesbourne Inn is a charming coaching inn offering a traditional pub, restaurant and hotel accommodation in a stunning countryside setting. Combining historic character with exceptional hospitality, it's a fantastic place to work as part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering great food, drink and guest experiences.

We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Team Members to join our pub team. Whether you're serving behind the bar, delivering great food, welcoming guests or supporting your colleagues, you'll play a key role in bringing our values to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Preparing and serving drinks and food to the highest standards.
• Taking pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the pub.
• Working closely with your team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Supporting busy services with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Taking ownership of your role and contributing to the success of the pub.
